I had placed two policies on PolicyBazaar.com using HDFC net banking. After successful payment of my policies the policies got cancelled from insurer side.
PolicyBazaar insurer initiated the refund and provided me with a refund reference number and asked to call the customer service of my bank i.e HDFC.
They successfully registered my complaint and said that they’ll revert
back within 4-5 days.
I get a reply after 5 days that they’re
unable to contact me and kindly to contact them back.
Upon contacting back they said to wait for further 7 days. It’s been 15 days now and
my refund has not been initiated. Upon calling PolicyBazaar they said they have refunded the amount and also given me a refund reference number with ARN Number to give to the bank as before but the bank isn’t helping me out.
I’m a very average family person and even a loss of Rs. 3581 & Rs 3801 means a lot to me .
