Text of Complaint by Mithila Joshi:

PNR no. LDNEOX, flight booked for 18th April, 2020 through goibibo got cancelled due to Covid-19. We have received confirmation mail from StarAir for process of full refund. After providing all the details required by goibibo our process of refund is been denied by goibibo.

They have been harassing us past two months, they required confirmation from Star Air, but after providing them with all the requirements they are saying that they cannot process the same.

We had informed them that the flight was booked for senior citizens and due to Covid-19 they will not be able to travel in the entire year and hence we need to be refunded.
