On 14th Jan,there was fraudalent transactions happedned on my debit card which cause the order on Amazon of Rs 1,000,97 .We have reported Amazon to cancel the orders which is payed by Debit card and informed to bank as well.Amazon is refunded the amount 8999 and still not refunded 92000.We are reaching out to them using the Customer care number but they keep on saying that ECR team or legal team is working on the issue they will call you in 24-48 hours .We didnt receive any call from them.It is about to month and we are still struggling with Amazon to provide the refunds.
