had ordered a beard straightner from Amazon. But they delivered a wrong product which was a shaving razor. So i called customer service and ordered for a replacement. But the delivery guy cancelled the delivery without my consent. Then i called customer service and ordered for wrong product return. The delivery guy took the item and its been more than a week the refund is not processed because amazon has updated wrong notes on the system saying i was supposed to return the beard straightner and get a new one. But the fact is i never received beard straightner but instead shaving razor was delivered which i have managed to return it back. But amazon is not refunding saying i returned wrong product that is razor instead of straightner. I called them many a times and they kept disconnecting the call except a few of them who managed to give me wrong information and false information. Kept telling me refund will be processed within next day and from one week same false answers were given. Today when i was rude to them they told me the truth that their system is updated saying i returned the wrong product wherein the fact is they delivered the wrong product which was delivered to me
