I have ordered watch on 8 June which is delivered on 14 June 2020 but the product deliver is faulty. The glass of dial is broken and watch also not working. So I have placed the rerurn of that watch for refund on same day itself. When the person came to pick it up they denied and said that I will receive a call from Amazon support but I didn’t receive any call And then after I have tried to contact the support and each time they create new pick up and nothing happens. Today on 20 June 2020 again the person come to pickup and denied to take it.
They are doing fraud by selling faulty items and when customer places return for refund they just make excuses and delaying the process refund.
