We ordered a sound box from TCL website on 7th November 2023, but my order not booked but TCL has deducted two times the amount 13489/- out of my bank account, one transaction has been refunded, but one transaction is still pending, so please refund it as soon as possible. we have complains many times in mail & customer care but no response from any side.
