I have booked flight ticket through Travolook with Reference no. REF458199705 on Nov 25th 2021. I received an email from them saying my booking got cancelled. But I haven’t received the refund amount. I contacted them more than 5 times. The only response I got each time was them saying it will be refunded in 3-5 days.
