I was booking a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai from Travellook.in and got a message stating Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF593202282 before the booking was confirmed. The ticket was booked on 20th Feb 2022 It’s already 10 days now and I haven’t received my refund. The customer care keeps giving false promises and there is no information on the refund yet. I kindly request you to look in to the same and assist me.
