Hi team,

I would like to raise complaint regarding my Refund Request for ticket number 0982134731859 against Air India.

I have called more than 20 times and emailed several more times, and filled out the feedback form multiple times as requested, but have had no response from Air India.

The date of cancelled flight is 26/01/21 for the amount of 704GBP and all the details are in the attached escalation email.

I have completely lost hope in the internal dispute resolution system at Air India as I have wasted countless hours chasing this Refund for 704GBP over the past year.

Can I please log a complaint against air India to get my Refund processed as quickly as possible.

I would like an email confirmation from Air India to abinjohnmuriyadan@gmail.com, clearly stating the complaint has been registered and when I can expect my refund to be sent to my bank account.
