One of the worst service which I faced till now.
While booking a cab they will respond very politely.
I have booked a car for a trip. While booking it asked for a returnable amount.

My trip got completed and till now there is no update on my refund.

It’s been 28 working days till date. But no update on refund till now. The status shows refund in pending.

Even when we open the app and try to connect to customer care it will ask do we want to email or call.
Even if we select the call option it is leading to email.
I have kept email’s more than 4 till asking for update.

Even by searching for customer care num in Google I have called them but no use.
