I have booked 2 tickets through the VIa.com website, unfortunately, flight got cancelled where one is for goair and other is spice jet. I have cancelled both bookings from airline and attached are screenshots for the same.
However via.com isn’t responding to emails and calls to initiate the refund when I cancel booking through my account it asks for OTP verification and I don’t receive OTP for the same
kIndly help me to get the refund.
