Hi team,
On Aug 27th I made a booking in zoom car for 9197 rs and the trip was taken on Sep 6, 2020, from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
On Sep 8th, through an in-app notification, they informed me of the refund amount for fuel charges, security deposit, and other misc payments for a sum of rs 5884.
As per their policy within 30 business days, the refund has to be processed. My 30 business day was completed on Oct 21, 2020 and till now the refund wasn’t settled. Please let me know on what to do next.
