My TV was picked up from my house on 20 may2023 for repair

I am waiting for a refund from 01 June 2023 till it is not cleared.
Still not received any communication SMS or mail from Jeeves regarding refund.
Already 20 times call to the customer support regarding this refund issues and they always regret and ensure complaint closer withing 48 hours but there is no respond from Jeeves technical for refund status.
