I booked a flight at TRAVALOOK site on 5oct 2022 from kochi to Lucknow at the same time they said booking cansel due to some technical reason and refund process within 5-10days , I called many times but refund not get now , they only fooled me to say sir refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Please help me
