Text of Complaint by Anindya Basu:

a) I placed the order (403-5297329) on 4th of December 2022 with an assurance from you that the item will be delivered by 5th of December 2022.
b) The item was not delivered on 5th of December, 2022. When I called I was told that due to a problem the order was not processed and I would get my refund by 10th of December 2022.
c) On 11th of December, 2022 I called your team back informing them about the refund not reflecting in my account. I was then told that they are placing a refund request from their end and I should get the refund no later than 16th of December 2022.
d) I saw no refund till 18th of December, 2022. I called your team back on 19th of December 2022. I was told now they are doing some escalation and this time for sure I would get my refund by 26th of December 2022.
e) I again called back on 27th of December, 2022. A lady said she is raising a ticket and is personally following up on my refund status and she will call me on 4th of January, 2023 to check my status of refund. Foolish me. I again believed.
f) It is 14th of January, 2023 today. I am still waiting for my refund.
