Around 4 months ago i ordered a pair of pants from a famous online brand called christos new york. I returned the pants inside the return policy beacouse they didn’t fit me properly. The package went there and i received a confirmation email that your package is here we will refund you as soon as we can. I waited around 1 month send them email they said by the end of February the refund should be there beacouse we low in staff. After march they stopped answering my emails and it’s been 4 months i haven’t received my refund yet.
