I had booked ticket for Pune to Jaipur flight on 21st December 2021.i have been told your booking is in progress after 30 minuites of which I got mail that your booking got cancelled due to operational reasons. After that I have been taking follow up on their site but they only misguiding me and after one and half month, my refund has not been credited to my account. Please take proper action
