I had purchased two mobile phones costing Rs. 9999.00 each on 13th June. Accordingly Rs.19998.00 was deducted from my account. But due to certain personal reason , I cancelled the order on the same day. Therefore, I was supposed to get Rs. 19998.00 as refund . However, I got only Rs. 9999.00 for one phone . I contacted the flipkart customer care and informed them about the issue , they acknowledged the issue and told me that refund of one phone i.e. Redmi note 5 ( rose gold,32 gb) has been credited and balance rs. 9999.00 for the redmi note 5 ( black, 32gb ) shall be credited within 21 June 2018.
But the balance Rs. 9999.00 has not been credited till now. I had written nos. of mails to the flipkart customer care but to no avail. Every time i call them to resolve the issue , they say they are working on it and shall give a resolution within 48 hrs. When I call next time, some different person attend the call and I have repeat the process of explaining the issue again and again. In some mail , they have even asked my account no. so that they can make the refund. When i escalated the posted the issue on their social media page, their representative even asked for the up to date bank statement account. , which I provided to them.
I have lost lot of previous time since June 2018 pursuing the refund of Rs. 9999.00 . Therefore, It is my humble request to kindly go through the attachments and help me in getting the refund. If possible , I would like to file for extra compensation from Flipkart for wasting my time since June 2018.
