no settlement till date despite mail sent and subsequent telephone
calls which were technically getting cut off after saying it is on
que which appears you are cheating your customers.
Rs. 7986/- which was realised by you against issuance of air tickets
which were subsequently cancelled for various ulterior reasons
leaving customers for repeat mail/telecalls.
You are hereby asked to refund the amount now in question to my
credit card account immediately failure will force me to approach
appropriate authorities for your fraudlanet business/unfair trade
