Booked flight on Dec 8th 2021 however tickets were cancelled by Travolook due to fare expiration and no refund was initiated by them in spite of making multiple follow-ups on their given helpline number. Always received an assurity that refund has been processed & amount will be reflecting in bank account within 5-7 business days.
