I booked a flight ticket from travolook which they cancelled and told me that refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Then they sent me to fill and undertaking form and asked me send bank details which I sent but still no refund. I’m calling them consistently but they are delaying everytime. They are not responding on my emails and now their customer care number seems to be dead. My reference number is REF175351512
