I booked flight ticket by Travolook on 16 November to Mumbai. My reference number is REF358105169 and the booking is cancelled by them. I have received a mail that money will be refunded in 7-10 working days. I am chasing them every second day for getting my money back but of no use. Everytime I call them, either they cancel the call or tells to wait for another couple of days. Now I feel like this is fraud which actually manipulates the people and never returns there money back. This is the hard earned money of any customer then why they are still not giving it back. I request you to help me out to get my money back. Worst Experience
