I had booked a RT PCR test(D2095068) from the pharmeasy app on 5th July, although the sample was collected from my house, the technician ended up cancelling the order on the app and that’s how the confusion started.I was then asked to raise a fresh order stating that the previous order was cancelled and that the refund for that order will automatically be initiated hence i raised a fresh order and the payment was done but i am still waiting for my refund from the previous order.I had paid Rs 88 from my pharmeasy wallet which i was told i will get back in 24 hours and 611 through my card which will come back in 5-7 days but forget the card the PE wallet money has also not come.I have been following up on a regular basis and each day i keep receiving calls from pharmeasy that the refund will happen in 24 hours but i have been waiting since the last 7 days , nothing has happened. I was even informed that the issue was escalated but that was 3 days back, what’s the point of an escalation if it’s gonna take the same amount of time to resolve as others, escalation is just a fancy word i guess. Its such a simple case of refund, i don’t understand why pharmeasy cannot do this much also , in fact in this case the technician made the mistake of cancelling the order however it’s the customer who is suffering
