I ordered one Puma track pant (amounting to Rs. 4600/-) which I received in torn and used conditions from amazon and even the product was totally different from what I ordered. I returned it mentioning the same details.
However, I not received any refund for the same to which I raised a complaint.
Now, I have been informed that after verification my refund has been cancelled as the product was received incorrectly by them.
I returned the product what I received. Without any fault of mine, refund/replacement has been refused.
Asked to share what verification has been carried over (video of the product when it was packed/ or what ever other method for quality checks they have followed which can verify the fact) but they refused clearly stating no further communication.
