Text of Complaint by Aresh Srivastava:

I’m escalating this issue since I’ve stopped recieving any response from Amazon customer service for my cashback of Rs 2000 on a samsung earbuds.
Details are as follows:
On Nov 20, there was a cashback offer of Rs 2000 on Samsung earbuds on payment from ICICI or Kotak cards. The offer was also mentioned on the heading description of the product (Screenshot 1 attached).
While placing the order, I wasn’t getting instant discount so I called Amazon customer service and they confirmed it’s a issue from seller’s end. I was advised in writing (email confirmation attached) that I can place the order now and after the return window expires, I will recieve a cashback of Rs 2000 in my amazon pay account. Since the executive agreed to send this confirmation on email, I went ahead and placed the order. Return window expired on 16th Nov and since then I’ve been calling amazon customer service for my cashback.
On the call on 16th and 18th November, the executive assured me that they have raised a ticket to their seniors for this and I will be getting the cashback within 24-48 hours. After the call on 18th, the executive blocked my ‘Call me back’ service on my app. Never happened in last 12 years with Amazon.
On Nov 20, I placed a call on 1800 CS number of amazon and an executive Arun attended the call and handled my concerns very well. He admitted that the last 2 executives never raised any ticket, so he has to fill that form again but this time I asked for a confirmation email and he agreed to do it. After escalating the Complain, he immediately send me an confirmation email on my request where he said there will be solution within 6 business days. He also said he will be raising a complaint to unblock my Call me back service. (Email confirmation attached). 
It’s 30th Nov now and I still haven’t received my cashback yet.
I’m also attaching a screen recording of ‘Call me back’ functionality on app which is not working since 18th Nov.
