I had submitted device on 22-Dec-23 but have not the refund of deposit amount Rs. 1000.
I tried to contact customer care through phone call and mails but they ended up with up mere assurances of getting this issue resolved soon. I t has been more than 6 moths but I have not received neither any refund nor any satisfactory reply from them. Excitel is a fraud company this deposit amount will never be returned so better it would be not to return their device ever.
