Dear sir
We have ordered smart watch worth 1300 but it was not working properly so we returned it amazon agent came checked and approved and took it back but the refund didn’t get issued after 10 days when we asked for refund they are telling us that we have sent duplicate or local product how is this possible when your own delivery boy checked it and then approved to take it back for return.we are customer of Amazon since many years shopped item worth lakhs why will we do so. Moreover they are not helping us out giving solution or replying to mails. we even agreed to there conditions of not issuing refund but just return the same watch we have sent to you in same condition so that atleast we can have anything in our hands kindly address this issue and help us out because Amazon is just wasting our time and money
