I booked a ticket using travolook on 5th Jan. The booking was instantly cancelled and I was told that my refund will be processed immediately and the amount will be in the bank within seven days. It has been about 40 days since this booking was cancelled and no refund has been issued.
I have made several calls to the contact center where I have been asked if I want this refund in my wallet and my response to that has been NO. I am given a timeline of 3 days to 7 days for the refund to be credited to my account on every call and I have made 4-5 such calls with no sight of the refund.
This site seems fraud.
