Sir,
An amount of ₹489.00 has not been refunded in my account which was supposed to be on or before 29th Oct, 2018. The refund was issued by Amazon. The reference number has been provided which was processed on 18th Oct, 2018. Please look into the matter as I’m fed up of calling customer care of both the bank and Amazon, I’ve even visited nearest branch but they denied to file a dispute.
Please help.
