I had installed a Jio Fiber connection on 6th Aug 2022 on conditions that if i cancel my subscription within one month i will get full refund without any charge. Then i wanted to change my internet plan but they denied that you can only cancel the connection and get a new connection. So i cancelled my connection. It was written in their message that your device will be picked up withing next 7 days and you will get the refund within 14 days but it has passed 1 month and till date device is not picked up. In the meanwhile i had called them 3 times and 2 time mailed on their mail id but all in vein. They just schedule pickup and never come. They have to refund me Rs. 4250 and they are not looking interested in returning it.
Please help.
