On 21/01/2021 I have booked flight for Mumbai to Ahmedabad on Travolook.in after deducted amount from my account they called me and tell that your flight is not booked and will refund amount in 10-15 days but I still not get refund kindly look into this matter and please help me it’s my humble request to you.

Same thing happened with me as well. It’s been ~2 months now & I still HAVEN’T received my refund money. Today was the 11th time I contacted their customer care, but got the same response saying it will be processed shortly (with no specific date given). I am highly frustrated.
