I am nandi chakradhar purchased boult ear bud on 20.05.2023 and received on 21.05.2023 with order I’d OD328141802709446100 but came to surprise after opening the box no East buds found in it. Immediately i raised complaint against this to your customer support they had initiated for pickup of this product but delivery executives came to my house refused to take that and the same informed to your customer support on 25 th one delivery executive had picked the product but in mean while I checked inFlipkart orders section that pickup was cancelled from that day I am requesting your customer support to resolve my issue but no one had take initiation against this .. mean while they kept on hold my call for almost half an hour and extending the dates from here there i. E. 28 may , 1st June 4 th June 8 th June now recently revised to 12 Jun .. I am requesting you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest ..
