I had made down payment of Rs.40,125/- on 04.01.2023 towards GoZest- 30DP plan but due unavoidable reason I intimated my intention to cancel the membership when they called for telephonic verification and I mail them the same on 04.02.2023. I got a mail that the refund will be processed within 90 days as per their company’s SOP. I received only Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand) on 03.05.2023. Balance amount Rs. 38,125/- is not yet paid. I tried to reach them but all the efforts where in vain. How to proceed further.
