I have ordered NCERT class IX social science pack of 4 books worth 339₹ . It was delivered to me on 26th May, after opening the package I didn’t received my order rather got 2 books of NCERT class XI. Immediately I applied for send wrong item in Amazon application. Later on the same day I was notified that on 27th May wrong items will be picked up from my home and next day it was returned without any damage. But it has been days my refund is not even initiated, on 1st June I informed Amazon by Gmail what issues I am facing but I couldn’t find help.
