I had booked my tickets on June 3rd 2021 and the ticket they cancelled from their end and sent me an email regarding my refund that it will be initiated within 10-15 working days and still now I haven’t received my refund. I tried contacting them calling them but no-one is answering the calls neither to my emails. If ever they answer a call they say we are sorry we will refund within 7-10 days but it has been more than a month I haven’t received any such from their end.
