Sir/Madam
I have booked a flight ticket from happyeasygo app. But, I had to cancel the flight. To remind, both the tickets were booked under cancellation protection scheme. After cancellation i requested for refund. The airlines immediately refunded amount to happyeasygo. But happyeasygo holding that amount without transfer into my account. Many times i contacted them but only telling we are waiting to get money from the airlines. But the airlines already refunded the amount to happyeasygo. It is a request to take necessary action to get my money back. This is highly unprofessional.
