Dear Sir / Madam
I have booked a flight ticket through flipkart on 18-03-2020 from Blr to BBI for 12-04-2020 and return on 16-04-2020. But as per the government norms the ticket was cancelled and Indigo has refunded the amount to Flipkart on 08-07-2020. But Flipkart has been holding my money from 4months and still they have not initiated the refund. I have been trying calling them from last 15 days but the answer comes from their executive named Arjun, Manish and Rishab is the refund will take another 25 working days that to they cannot guaranty. I would humbly request to kindly take action against the Flipkart so that other people do not suffer in this pandemic situation where even rs.1 is valuable.
I humbly request you again to kindly look into the same and help me to get my refund at the earliest which will help me my family to survive in this pandemic situation where we are unable to earn the money due loss of job etc.
