I had booked a ticket on the 3rd of October in the name of Anjali Shailendra Sharma from Mumbai to Hyderabad date 20th November by the mobile number 9029448617 and the reference number is REF383449976 and I got a call back saying that the ticket is cancelled due to fare increase and a refund has been initiated and will come in the bank account in 7-10 working days. It’s been almost a month now and still the refund has not come into my account. Then I again booked a ticket on the 10th of October for Hyderabad to Mumbai for 24th November in the name of Anjali Shailendra Sharma and for this ticket the reference number was generated (REF349342223) and I got a call back after some time saying the ticket prices increased and we are cancelling this ticket and the refund has been initiated from our end and it will reflect in your account in 7-10 working days. Even that refund has till now not come in. I am really really disappointed by the service travolook is giving to their customer and I really don’t understand how you guys are operating. It’s been so many days and I have been constantly following up, still there is no action taken from their end. Whenever I speak to their representative, he/she says that it will come in 2 days. The refund for both my tickets are still pending and It’s been high time and my patience has been tested. I really don’t understand how can it take so long to tranfer an amount to someone’s bank account. The amount for the first ticket was something Rs 1881 and the second ticket was Rs 2031. I will await your reply on this.
