Text of Complaint by Parvinder:
I have ordered a product 2 months back which was COD , then it was not satisfactory i returned it , so for refund i have to fill the google forms for 4 time still paytm is not refunding . Its more than 2 months now . When i initiate this issue on paytm they hardly reply and if they reply they reply with same. Message every time that we will refund in next 14 to 15 days and nothin happens . Order id 6357503958
