I have booked a round trip flight ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad on 12-07-2022 from Travolook.in amounting Rs 17,575/- .The ticket was later on cancelled on the same date from our end for which we received a confirmation as well. Ever since then, we have been following up with their Customer Care through calls and their company’s representative’s keep giving us fraudulent promises that the money shall be refunded. It’s been over a month now and there has been no initiation of refunding our money.
I urge the Consumer Court to kindly take necessary actions against the Travolook and help us get our money back.
