On 10th Nov 2021, I booked a flight on www.travolook.in website and it got cancelled after 30 mins. They said the amount will be refunded back to my account within 7-10 working days, but it is still not refunded yet. Today’s date is 24 Nov 2021.
I have follow up multiple times but they always say over calls and emails that they will refund the amount in 7-10 working days. Now they are telling like they haven’t initiated transaction.
I have just added here the screenshot of first email I received for failed transaction.
