Myself Arun and I had booked a flight ticket on 18th of August from the travelling date of 22nd august, and it’s 16th November today and haven’t received the refund yet. It was cancelled from their side after waiting for confirmation and they tell me it’s been cancellled due to pnr number not generated. So you can understand how fraudulent they are.
