It’s been one month I am waiting for my refund of tickets which got cancelled due to operational glitch from Travolook travel agency. These guys confirmed to refund within 10-15 working days, but I have not got till date any refund from them

The same happened with me, the money was deducted, but neither the seat was booked, nor there was any response on the customer care after calling them many times

Our Government is looking only. these companies are fraud and Our Governments are providing GST No, and authentication to these business . Very Disappointing
