I ordered spare parts for my car through Go Mechanic spares on 12.12.2022 with order id GMDEP700305. I have received some parts partially after 5-6 days. After that, there was not a single update from their site. The notification has never been updated after weeks. I called customer service regarding the order status. After a long waiting time, they told me the parts were not available (out of stock) on 30.01.2023. So I canceled the parts that were not available with them after a long waiting time. Still, my refund for the parts that I canceled has not been credited back to my account. Still awaiting and trying to contact them through customer service which they don’t answer easily.
