Text of Complaint by Sushrita sahoo:

Sir,
I have Purchased Noise Buds Ace on 31st Jan 2023.When I received that product i have seen it was defective.So that immediately i raised a complaint No.1397472 & i returned the same product to Noise company.Pick Up boy also Pick from me successfully to Noise Company.But after receiving at Noise Warehouse they mailed me your product is sucessfully received at their warehouse.It will go for internal check after that they confirm for replacement or refund.I have also waiting.After 48 hours again i connect to customer care they told me you have given wrong product to company.I told them I was sent correct product if any doubt you may talk with delivery boy who’s received product from me.Customercare person also told with delivery boy & his company also.Afterthat they told me we investigate it once again you will wait for 24-48 hours.But at 6.30 p.m Noise company mailed me your complaint has been closed.
