I had ordered 3 qty of electric trimmer from your app. Only 1qty was delivered . The delivered product was damaged and I initiated a return and asked for refund for the same as well as for the 2 missing products. But the return was rejected by app. Post which I contacted customer care . I received a email from meesho regarding the reverse pick up initiated from their end. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. The delivery boy sent me an sms to confirm the pick up from my end which I have shared with meesho plenty of times through email and in chat. I am attaching the screenshot of the subsequent emails and chats for your reference. I have not received a refund yet plus I was informed that my complaint for missing qty was closed. Meesho has not processed any refund yet closed the complaint. On complaining through the chat service they asked me to attach the sms of reverse pick up sent by Delhivery. I have sent it twice over email and shared the image plenty of times via chat. But the response in email which I get is that the email service has closed and that I should contact the service available in app. The customer service team keeps raising complaints but no resolution has happened. I have become like a ping pong ball being kicked by the email service on one end and the chat service on the other end. I am sending you the screenshot of all the correspondences to enable a speedy fasttrack resolution. Please help.
