My flight was cancelled from the Go First side due to technical issue on 5 May 2023, for the flight dated (12 May ’23), from Ahmedabad (AMD)-Bengaluru (BLR).
It’s been 4 months i have requested for refund of one ticket and still the refund is not initiated.
I even mailed them but still the refund is not initiated.
I’m getting the same reply from the past 4 months.
“Dear Customer,
We note your repeat request for the status of refund. As cited earlier we are facing a high quantum of such requests and all are in process. we request for your continued forbearance and assure you we are there to support you at all times.”
I’m literally fed up now and want my money back. I understand you have high quantum of request, but how long do you need to process one refund?
It’s been 4 months now and there is no fixed date of refund.
Go First is faking it’s bankruptcy and looting customers money.
