Hi my order EP2411571 was returned on 20 January 2022 and still now they have not initiated the refund . I emailed and called them repeatedly . Dhani pharmacy customer care says that the money will be deposited within 48 hours but it didn’t . Now they have stopped replying to my email . I have Travelled overseas and it’s really hard to chase them up . I checked my dhani profile and it seems they didn’t even put dhani cash as refund . Please look into the matter urgently . Thanks
