I purchased a Dell laptop, due to some issues I returned the laptop. Before returning the laptop on email they confirmed me that refund approval has been taken. After returning (Date- 20/12/2021) the laptop, dell didn’t informed me single thing via email or call. So, I am calling them from that day and I called more than 6 times. Each and every time they provided incorrect or incomplete information to me. Customer care told me that they are initiating email for this and the correct department will call you or email. The amount 39988.99/- rs has not been refunded by them and also they are not providing me any information. Kindly look into this case.
