Hi Team, I ordered Non-Slip Coccyx Memory Foam Seat Cushion, which is a medical product with a order value of 7,861.00. Before the delivery with in 4 days of order I cancelled it. Still they delivered it to someone else and refusing the refund and return. I have the evidence on email where Amazon states that the seller has initiated the refund. Looks like now it a new practice of fooling customers. Please help me on this. Thank you
